611 Supreme is a great little alternative on Cap Hill. Not quite crepes from Paris, but likely as close as you’ll get in Seattle. While the seating is a bit cramped, the service when we were there was quick and friendly. But, it’s really about the food, isn’t it? And 611’s crepes are delicious. I had a simple veggie crepe and was able to swap about the cheese to a chevre with no problem. Cam had the Jambon, while Cole couldn’t resist the Nutella and banana.

Honestly, no one should eat that much sugar and chocolate in one sitting, but she had fun trying. And at $6 to $8, it’s a bargain as well.
