If you ever get the chance to get your hands on Nevisian honey you will be taken to the next level of honey ecstasy. It has a flavor unlike any I have tasted. However, as far as I know you can only purchase it in Nevis. Your walnut honey tofu sounds wonderful. Thank you

I recently subscribed to your site and was going thru the various feeds. I was almost deterred by the word TOFU as I have yet to cultivate a love for the white block, but oh my...what caught my eye?? Those mango wontons look and sound de-lish! I bought a pack of wonton wrappers not long ago, have some ripe mangoes in my fridge and a kilogram jar of delicious wild Andes honey. Sounds like I know what dessert I will be making this week! Thanks!

Your tofu recipe is both interesting & different - good ! :) I've recently cooked up some egg tofu in a mushroom gravy & your recipe is definitely an eye opener. By the way, the mangos egg rolls looks delicious, will definitely try that sometime, thanks for sharing, cheers !:)

I've never had sweet wontons before, but as a mango lover who would happily have mangos for breakfast every day for the rest of her life...I think I'd be up for giving these a try :) Beautiful photography, as always!
