Mmmph... I'm trying to hold my breath lest I gasp out loud... that sounds so heavenly. I think, in lieu of this, I shall break out some lychee tonight.

Brilyn - thanks! Come on over!

Himavant - thank you. I wish the concentrate were a bit easier to come by... but on the flip side, you use such a small amount, a bottle will likely last a long time.

Danielle - Thanks... I hope it works for you!

Eggy - yes, no ice cream maker required. I have one, but it is nice to have some options when I forget to put the canister in the freezer the day before...

Ellie - yes, I think it would be easier to come by in your neck of the woods.

Nosheteria - Thank you!

Lisa - It's one of my new favorites. So light and fresh and sweet. It kind of reminds me of the taste of a honeysuckle, just that little dab of sweet when you pull out the stamen and touch it to your tongue... except a bit more tropical. mmm. Thanks!

Beautiful, and best of all it doesn't require an ice cream maker!! I've not been fortunate enough to try anything flavoured by elderflowers, but if it's produced in Tasmania then it shouldn't be *too* difficult for me to try and locate (I'd order from Tassie Naturals except it seems a bit silly for me to do so when I live in Australia...that concentrate would be on a round-the-world trip!)

My ice cream maker died on me a few days ago and i've been moping around, a very annoyed and rather depressed girl indeed. But this recipe — seeing that it doesn't require an ice cream maker — has cheered me up some. Thank you!
