Ari - I wish! No, this isn't my place. It's the College Hotel in Amsterdam. They have a gorgeous bar area.

What a lovely post, thank you for sharing. I was also bitten by a dog when I was a kid but thankfully it didn't ruin my love of everything canine. :)

If that's your apartment in the photo it looks AMAZING. How, do you live in a magazine? ;P

loved your meme~! wow what adventures you had when you were five. i don't remember too much except playing hopscotch and marbles. oh wait, i suddenly remember. i loved fires when i was five! i used to light up pieces of paper when i was hanging out at my grandparents. they would keep telling me that it was going to make me pee in my pants. lol. that didn't stop me. i think i liked the smoke for some reason.

I knew you'd do something creative with the meme - great approach! I can only wonder how on earth you remember so much from when you were five years old? Well, maybe if I'd had such interesting things happen to me I'd be able to remember more too... :)

My arm used to pop out of the socket at the shoulder all the time when I was a kid, too. The first time was when my older cousin grabbed my hands and swung me around in a circle until my arm just went - *pop*! After that, it just kept happening on its own. For a while, my mother would panic and take me to the doctor whenever it happened, but the doctor finally showed her how easy it was to pop it back in, and she took care of it herself from then on. It doesn't happen anymore. I'm not sure when or why it stopped, and I don't think I could do it again at this point if I tried.
