They remind me a little of the bourbon-glazed donuts that have won a lot of acclaim for Anthony David's restaurant here in Hoboken, NJ. I've never been quite hardcore enough for the bourbon ones. But Margaritas, especially with that lime curd, I could really get excited about. And a donut cookbook! Wonderful news. Those look fabulous.
