Lovely blog design and pictures! I wish I had access to all the wonderful seafood, mushrooms, and great food stuff available in the Pacific NW. My family and I love BC (especially Whistler, Vancouver and Victoria) and fantasize about living there some day. Meanwhile, we will just continue to enjoy cooking, eating, and photographing — a few pleasures we seem to share with you. Andrea – Oh! Thanks for letting me know. It’s fixed now… it should be 2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1 of soda.

I was quickly jotting this down to go make for breakfast tomorrow and noticed there is baking powder in the instructions, but not in the ingredient list. Can you tell me if there should be baking powder and how much? Thank you! These look delicious!!
